  • Ebooks about Scotland. Including Scotland in the nineteenth century and With nature and a camera.
  • Victorian times. Social, political, and economic conditions, 1837-1901.

Each collection offers both extensive information on the subject and digitized primary sources. Each organizes the sources in different ways. It is also possible to do a basic search in the entire digital library or in the separate collections. In addition, there are indexes for places and subjects, covering all collections. Images can be downloaded in JPEG format.

The Glasgow Digital Library is based at the University of Strathclyde. It was set up as part of the Research Support Libraries Programme, supplemented by funding from SCRAN and RLS for specific digitization projects.
