Biblioteca Digital Hispánica (BDH)
The Biblioteca Digital Hispánica (BDH), the Spanish Digital Library, is an online resource of the National Library of Spain. The BDH currently offers online access to books, manuscripts, drawings, prints, brochures, posters, photographs, maps and atlases, from the fifteenth to the nineteenth centuries. Part of the BDH is the Hemeroteca Digital, a collection of historical Spanish newspapers, which can be consulted separately (see this entry). The BDH can be searched by title, author, material, collection and description through the search page. A full text search is available too. It is also possible to browse the BDH by collection using the Colecciones BDH page. The following collections are available:
